HERE IS SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

 

- Reservation Confirmation -

1 week before arrival to the island, please reconfirm your reservation via e-mail to [email protected] 

1 day before check-in date, please confirm your estimated arrival time. 

Ferry information can be found below. 

 

- Money on the Island-

Please note that credit card payments are not accepted on the island and there are no ATM's here at this time. 

Cash out is available in the village for a 10% fee. 

 

- Bungalow Payment Options -

At the property on the island Cash only!

 
It is possible to pay with credit card at our mainland office before arrival,
Credit card payments incur a 3% credit card fee. 

 

- Ferry Services - 

We would like to recommend that you book your ferry tickets online in advance.

The speed ferry takes approximately 45 minutes and costs $22 per person for a round trip with open return.*

After you book your ferry ticket online, you will need to pass by our office on the mainland to pick up your ferry boarding ticket.

Children tickets are available at our main office for 50%.

Sihanoukville to Koh-Rong : 9:00 am - 11:30 am - 3:00 pm

Koh-Rong- Sihanoukville : 10:00 am - 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

- Pick Up Service - 

White beach is located at the north end of Koh Toch beach, about 7 minutes walk along the beach from the pier giving you the opportunity to see the village and walk along the beach. 

 

For big bags or suitcases, we are happy to send our small supply boat to pick you up from the pier. 

 

However, due to ferries tending to delay and arrive late to the island, we request that you please call us when you arrive to Koh Rong to make use of this service.

 

If you don't have a local sim card you can ask the ferry staff to please call us for you.

 - Check In & Check Out - 

Check-in is available from 12:00 PM.

Check-out is 10:00 AM. 

(For late checkout, please ask at the reception.)

 

-  Reception - 

Reception is open from 8:00 AM till late.

Some of our staff are sleeping at the restaurant at night so you can come any time if you need anything.

 

Be sure to speak to us one day before check-out to reserve your return ferry seat for you. 

 

 - Restaurant & Bar - 

Our kitchen is open from 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM 

Our beach bar is open until late. 

 

As a guest you can have a tab at the restaurant and pay when you check out.

We only require that you check your bill after each meal to confirm the charges. 

 

- Room service - 

We provide room service by request.  

If you would your bungalow to be cleaned, please ask for it in the morning at the reception. 

We will not enter your bungalow without your permission.

 

- Safety -

While our beach is nice and calm, we ask that you please use common sense and do not leave your expensive belongings unattended. 

For big money and passports, we recommend to use our safety box at the reception. 

Please remember also to lock your bungalow when you go out, and do not leave your expensive belongings in visible places that may tempt potential thieves. 

 

- Monkeys - 

Koh Rong is home to some monkeys in the jungle and while they are not pets, they can sometimes be hanging around. 

They like shiny things, so please do not leave your favourite gadgets on your balcony unattended, or bring food to your bungalow as it attracts them. 

 

- Towels - 

Please refrain from using your bath towels on the beach as the sand causes problems with our washing machines. 

Beach mats are available to you at no charge from reception. 

 

- Water - 

Our tap water in the bungalows comes from the local river and underground. While we have water filters installed for all the bungalows, occasionally the water may come through a bit brown-coloured due to iron content and sand.

If this happens, please let the water run for a minute or so and the water should become clear. 

If it does not, please see reception to have the water filter changed. 

Please note that light-coloured clothes and blonde hair should not be washed when the water is coming through coloured.

 

We have clean drinking water available in the restaurant and bar.

At the reception we can help you with almost everything that is going on the island.
